My name is Ananda Leeke. I am an award-winning wellness professional, author, and artist, who discovered self-care when my career as a lawyer, an investment banker, and a digital communications professional stressed me out, caused burnout, and did not produce the level of success I expected.
Did you know self-care is your birthright? IT IS!
Self-care is essential to your spiritual, emotional, mental, and physical, and well-being. When you practice self-care, you nurture your spirit, heart, mind, body, and life in ways that uplift you.
What I have discovered in my work with coaching clients and mission-driven companies, organizations, and communities is that many of us don’t really understand how important self-care is. That’s why I created the 7-Day Self-Care Challenge (May 10-16, 2020) to help us all reclaim our birthright to self-care and recommit to practicing self-care with small steps each day.
I decided to host the challenge during Digital Wellness Month, National Meditation Month, National Mental Health Month, and National Women’s Health Week to bring awareness and support people impacted by COVID-19.
